Job description:

TIBCO Developer with in-depth expertise in the software design, development, and implementation of B2B and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions using TIBCO software products, including BusinessWorks, InConcert, IntegrationManager, Enterprise Message Service, Rendezvous, Designer, Adapters and Repository, Hawk. The candidate should be well versed in TIBCO architecture and implementation solutions and possess the ability to administer and configure TIBCO products under various platforms. In addition the candidate should have good skills in web development lifecycle, database knowledge and SQL experience.

You will work on a team responsible for promoting TIBCO technology adoption across the enterprise. This includes implementing application specific solutions using TIBCO software products; leading and teaching others through doing, knowledge sharing, mentoring and training; documenting guidelines, best practices and lessons learned and participating in architecture reviews and code inspection sessions. The selected individual must be highly motivated with good written and oral communication skills. Candidate should have a proven track record of being able to plan, prioritize, estimate and deliver projects on time.

The Tibco Developer/Architect will be responsible for the following:
- Working with the team in developing, configuring and implementing
integration solutions in highly available enterprise systems.
- Interact with the customer for requirements gathering.
- Designing robust, scalable and reliable integrations.
- Creating and maintaining appropriate system and functional level
documentation.

Hands-on expert on the TIBCO messaging products and their system administration
Hands-on Expert in using TIBCO Designer/Process Modeler to do the design, debugging and deployment of the following:
Long running workflows
Workflows that invoke external web services and integrate with databases using technology adapters such as JDBC
Complex workflow that use nested workflows
Data model required for workflow
Workflow triggers using external events
Web Services on the integration bus
Use of TIBCO message bus to do the following
Integrate enterprise applications using message queue as endpoints
Perform messaging operations such as message flows to transform messages, broadcast messages etc
Expert on the various Tibco adapters used for integration
Expert on the Monitoring and Alerting using Tibco Hawks etc

Required Skills:
- 2 years of experience with Tibco Business Works

- 2 years with hands-on Tibco product suite
- Proficiency in configuring, installing, fine-tuning the products.
- Knowledge of Java and C API's.
- Knowledge of Tibco Workflow great added advantage.
- Experience in Tibco administration and configuration.
- Experience with Tibco's JMS server and JMS APIs.
- Experience with BPM process analysis, design and implementation.
- Tibco Certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong Knowledge of Java, J2EE.
- Experience with implementing large scale EAI systems.
- Experience with architecting large scale highly available EAI systems with Tibco .
